Seasonal Campsites

A convenient way to enjoy camping and build community. South Creek sites are fully equipped with water, sewage, and 30 or 50 amp hydro, ideal for long-term campers in an RV of any size. North Creek sites are also fully equipped with water, sewage, and 50 amp hydro, these sites are reserved for long term guests in our manufactured homes, park models and destination style trailers.

Based on a family, unmarried children under 21

Additional Season Expenses

Municipal water service is charged annually with your fees ($125)

A one time hydro deposit ($100) is paid to the park, usage is metered and billed separately

Visitor packages are available for seasonal guests, please see office for details

Pinetree will be a controlled entry park with gate cards that allow you 24-hour access to the park for one vehicle, seasonal sites can purchase two cards to be used by the seasonal camper ($30.00 deposit per card)

Winter storage is available for entire off season ($250+HST)

Extend your Season - À la Carte

Your regular season begins May 1st and ends October 31 of each year.

Extended season is available beginning as early as March 1st and as late as November 30th.

A cost of $750 per additional desired month plus water and hydro as billed.
