Thank you for your interest in Pinetree Leisure Community an exclusive community located within Pinetree Campground & RV Resort. North Creek is a welcoming, age-restricted community designed for guests 55+ seeking an extended seasonal lifestyle in a peaceful, well-maintained setting. Our 69 sites accommodate park model homes (built by our exclusive builder, General Coach Canada), for 12 month stays or we accept destination trailers, fifth wheels, travel trailers, and motorhomes for up to 9 months.

Located in Tiverton, Ontario, within 10 minutes of Kincardine, residents enjoy convenient access to shopping, healthcare, restaurants, and essential services.

Each site includes municipal water, sewer, and hydro, along with access to our resort amenities, including:
• Heated outdoor pool
• On-site laundromat
• Recreation hall with games and activities
• Planned social events (Bingo, karaoke, tournaments, potlucks)
• Nature trails and outdoor spaces

Our goal is to provide a low-maintenance, affordable way to extend your camping season while enjoying a secure and social community atmosphere.

At this time, our perimeter sites are sold out. However, several excellent interior site options remain available.

Fees and Ongoing Costs

Seasonal Fee: $4,600 (May 1 – November 1)
Extended Season Fee: $785/month (includes water and sewer)

Additional Estimated Costs:
• Propane (heating/cooking): Approx. $100/month during colder months
• MPAC Fees: $400–$800 annually (based on unit value and size)
• Hydro: Individually metered and billed every two months
• Internet & Satellite TV: Available in the park; residents arrange their own plans
