Our North Creek Sites comprise 69 lots, designed for park model homes built by our exclusive builder, General Coach Canada, as well as Destination Trailers, Fifth Wheels, New Travel Trailers, and Motorhomes. This age-restricted 55+ community is situated within a picturesque seasonal RV park in Tiverton, Ontario. Each site is equipped with municipal water, sewer, and hydro. We offer many amenities including an on-site laundromat, an outdoor heated pool, a recreation hall with pool tables, ping pong, planned Bingo nights, a nature trail and so much more. Join our other guests for social evenings with Karaoke, Corn Hole Tournaments, beach days and potluck nights. With a short commute of only 10 minutes, you will be in the heart of Kincardine with access to grocery stores, a hospital and many pharmacies, banks and a vibrant restaurant and shopping scene.

To give you a better idea of the ongoing costs associated with this lifestyle:

• Seasonal Fee: $4600.00 covering  May 1st until Nov 1st.

• Extended Season Fee: $785.00 per month, which currently includes city water and sewer.

• Propane: Propane is required for heating and cooking. Most residents estimate an average cost of approximately $100 per month during the coldest months.

• MPAC Fees: These are based on the assessed value and square footage of your specific unit. They are billed once per year and typically range from $400 to $800.

• Hydro: Electricity is individually metered and invoiced every two months.

• Satellite TV & Internet: High-speed internet and satellite TV are available in the park; however, residents are responsible for arranging their own service plans.
